1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Window

We want you to love your sustainable jute bag or leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition received.
• Must retain all original brand tags, dust bags, and certified origin cards.
• Custom embroidered or personalized logo print bags are non-returnable unless defective.

3. 1-Year Artisan Warranty on Leather

Every SOUK LEATHER piece is backed by our 1-year guarantee against hardware failure (buckles, rivets, zippers) and structural leather stitching defects.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Kanpur warehouse, your refund is credited back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD) within 3 to 5 business days.
